    • Bluetooth remote scoring — next scores Team A, previous scores Team B, play/pause undoes, with a swap toggle if the sides feel reversed.
    • Fixed: play/pause on a clicker now reliably undoes instead of adding a point.
    • Remote works during video recording, and Android volume-key remotes no longer pop up the system volume bar.
    • Swipe left or right anywhere on the scoreboard to score.
    • New Look menu — day/night, score typefaces, and Team A / Team B colors.
    • Fullscreen court QR with a scan-to-score card, plus a close button for Pro accounts.

    • Hits Challenge — a solo practice mode with a 1–5 minute timer, sound-based hit detection, personal-best tracking, and a shareable recap clip.
    • Hands-free gestures on Hits Challenge — show an open palm to start, a closed fist to stop. Runs on-device, nothing leaves your phone.
    • Live gesture status pill on the preview: initializing, watching, palm, fist, or paused — always know what the detector sees.
    • Timer-only mode for a distraction-free countdown clip (no hit detection, no finale, no PB).
    • Front-camera preview now mirrors so movements read naturally. The recorded video stays un-mirrored.
    • Smoother Pro upsell: tapping a locked setting opens the upgrade sheet and returns you to Settings when you dismiss it — no lost context.
    • Free-tier settings are re-sanitized on load so Hit Detection and Auto-Calibrate always stay valid.

    • Dynamic score sizing rebalances automatically around the larger header.
